Kelly’s distinctive method allows her to tailor each session to the needs of her participants. Not only do attendees enjoy the physical benefits of yoga, but they also reconnect with their spiritual selves and their inner child—rediscovering fun, wonder, and joy in the process.
As a trauma-informed instructor, Kelly handles every session with sensitivity and care, ensuring that each participant feels safe, supported, and empowered.

Kelly is a proud Yoga and Cold Water Therapy instructor for the Soulful Sunday team, leading transformative sessions at the Soul Space Wellbeing Centre in Cumbernauld.

Group Yoga Sessions
We offer exclusive private group yoga sessions tailored to your needs, available at our intimate private studio in Motherwell for up to 6 people, and at the spacious Soul Space Wellbeing Centre in Cumbernauld, accommodating up to 14 participants.
For a truly revitalizing experience, sessions at Soul Space can be enhanced with a refreshing cold water plunge and guided breathwork, creating the perfect combination of relaxation and rejuvenation.
In addition to private group sessions, we specialise in workplace wellbeing programs designed to support employee health and productivity. Our bespoke yoga programs are customised to suit your business needs and can be delivered either onsite at your workplace or virtually, providing a convenient way to foster wellness and mindfulness within your team.

Children's Yoga
Happy Weans is a social enterprise rooted in connection, education, fun, and regulation. We aim to help children and families lead happy, fulfilling lives through yoga, play, and personal development.
By combining expertise in child development, trauma awareness, and yoga, Happy Weans provides tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and healing for children and their families.
We help families and educators develop the skills, understanding, and tools needed to support children.
By focusing on parental healing, positive relationships, and education on child development, we aim to break cycles of trauma and build a happier future for Scottish children.
